Today is the beginning of a new me. After 52 years , thousands of £s & hours eating/sleeping FOOD I'm going to start to live. My 77th birthday tomorrow (12:10) and I've suddenly woken up.

I completely agree with this programme. I have been following for 5 weeks now and I have lost 19lb so far, it has totally changed the way I think about food and water. I have tried so many different diets in my life and have always gone straight back to my old habits. Even though those diets worked for me at the time, it has never changed the way I think about food, but Following this app is completely changing my mindset. I dont just want to lose the weight this time. I want to keep it off forever and this app is the way forward 😊😊. Xx
